Are you folks ready to ride? Hope you’ve been training! Remember that, with the exception of the first day and last day, we will be doing over 100 km per day – many days over 150 km. You know the drill – prepare yourself with as many long pre-rides (loaded and unloaded) before the event, stretch before and after a ride segment, and hydrate yourself appropriately!
